About Department of CSIT
The Department of Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) was established in 2020 and provides undergraduate programs (B.Tech.) and doctoral programs (Doctor of Philosophy). The faculty members have extensive expertise and make significant contributions to the overall growth of the students in the department.
This four-year undergraduate program combines tool-based, skill-driven learning with engineering. While emphasizing the value of prototype construction, this curriculum also excels in preparing students for industry billing and recruitment right away. There are numerous instruments related to every course in every specialization that are important to the industry both now and in the future. This course examines the opportunities that the global IT industry is presenting. This course covers everything from the practical tools used in web development to the managerial aspects of IT.
About KL University
Established in 1980 as Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, KL University initially began as one of the first private engineering colleges in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
The university was named after Koneru Lakshmaiah, a renowned industrialist, educationalist and philanthropist. The university attained autonomous status in 2006 and in 2009 was named KL Deemed to be University. Although popularly known as KL University, officially the name of the university still appears as KL Deemed to be University.
Spread over a large campus of 100 acres, KL University offers a wide range of programmes ranging from fine arts to pharmacy. The university is especially renowned for its industry focused curriculum and its green campus.
